1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 ℃. Generally, the recommended temperature is around 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent hair damage from high temperatures.

2. Please note that our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles that help retain color for a long time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Here are the steps for wearing a wig: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d) Make sure the wig is securely in place.

4. To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. Use shampoo in cold or warm water to soak the wig for 1-3 minutes, then rinse with water. Dry the wig with a towel and gently shake it to regain its style. Finally, allow it to dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. This is normal. To minimize shedding and tangling, use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from the ends to the roots. Once done, the wig fiber should no longer shed or tangle. (Note: For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.)

6. Please be aware that slight differences in hairstyle may occur between different batches of wigs since they are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, colors may vary slightly due to variations in personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
