Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that allows for curling or straightening with an electronic hair stick under 120 ℃. To ensure the longevity of the hair, it is best to use a temperature between 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles that help retain color for a long time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap are not washable.

The wig wearing steps are as follows: first, gently comb the hair with a wide tooth comb. Then, put on the wig cap, followed by putting on the wig itself and adjusting the inner net buckle. Finally, ensure that the wig is securely in place.

When it comes to cleaning and caring for the wig, detangle the hair using a wide tooth comb. Prepare shampoo in cold or warm water and soak the wig for 1-3 minutes. Rinse with water and dry using a towel. Gently shake the wig to regain its style and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. This is normal. To address this issue, use a wide tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root. By doing so, the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.

Please be aware that slight differences in hairstyle may be present due to each wig being trimmed by hand. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transport, the wig may be slightly out of shape upon receiving it. However, there is no cause for concern. Simply take one or two minutes to comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape as depicted in the picture.

The wig measures approximately 22 inches (56 cm) in length, and the cap size has a maximum circumference of about 21-22 inches (53-55 cm). Please note that a 1-2 cm error in measurement is normal, and the size is adjustable.

The package includes one wig made from 100% high temperature fiber.
